Amreen Rahman, MBA, is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach. Her passion is empowering women to live boldly and dream unapologetically by developing their mindsets and honing their unique talents. Amreen has always been dedicated to boosting women’s self-esteem, giving them the confidence to make their own decisions, and the right to influence societal change for themselves and others. She believes that a woman can accomplish anything she sets her mind to without having to be the only one making personal sacrifices adhering to certain social norms.
Hailing from a nation where Supply Chain and Procurement was typically a male-dominated industry, Amreen persevered and built a strong background in that sector. Overcoming every hurdle, she proudly became one of the few women who were able to leverage her extensive skills and unwavering tenacity to land her current position as Head of Unit, Procurement Goods and IT at an International Development Organization.
She has more than a decade of experience as a purchasing specialist and has developed expertise in negotiating, analytical skills, operations management, sales, and international business. Amreen has also worked in the international trade and development industry for multinational organizations like Motorola, Ericsson, Samsung and LafargeHolcim.With a track record of overcoming obstacles, a broad educational background, coaching skills, and extensive experience working with people from diverse cultures, she wants to use that experience to support and inspire others to be the best they can be. Amreen is excited to bring her extensive life and business experience, along with significant coaching and speaking, into the space of facilitating the Certified Flourishing Coach™training in Bangladesh.
