Our Key Speaker of the night is Ian Green

Ian Green is the founder of Next Level International, which worked in 17 nations in Europe, with International offices in New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and the UK.

He was also the CEO of Proton Foundation which was to diversify and to create a brand-new approach to NGO in modern-day Europe. The Charity started with a special focus on social action projects across Europe and has impacted numerous communities. Since 2019 the Proton Foundation shifted its focus to run two specific projects in the UK. The first is the Flourish Project which equips young people to develop healthy self-esteem, mental and emotional wellbeing. The second is the Global Transformation project and encompasses all the work which Ian focuses on. This includes speaking, mentoring and networking in businesses.

Ian is both challenging and inspiring. He travels extensively around the globe speaking at conferences and seminars, creating and developing networks to continue to inspire others to transform lives. He mentors both individuals and organizations, motivating them to transform their environments.
