Teresa Greco

Teresa Greco is a Certified Flourishing Life Coach specializing in happiness and spirituality. She is the founder of Steps to Happiness Coaching, a personal development company that mentors others about embracing, honouring, loving, and celebrating their true authentic self and achieving their own personal happiness and fulfilment. The co-author and author of three bestselling self-help books, Teresa is also the editor and senior writer at two Canadian magazines and the host of the internet TV and radio show called the “Steps to Happiness Show with Teresa Greco.”

An educational technologies consultant and educator of over 25 years, Teresa coaches educators, parents and students on the use of various educational software to help students uncover their potential by removing barriers and obstacles so they can flourish in all areas of their lives. With a master’s degree in education, she is excited to bring her passion for teaching to the Certified Flourishing Life Coach, Wellness Coach and Educator Coach Programs.

At present, Teresa is pursuing her Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology and inner happiness. After feeling unhappy and unfulfilled, with commitment and self-love, Teresa reclaimed her life by discovering her true authentic self and purpose. She feels strongly that what she learned and how she was able to heal and flourish in her own life is now her mission to share and help others to do the same. As a Certified Flourishing Coach and Facilitator, Teresa hopes to motivate and inspire others to step into their greatness and to empower others to live the extraordinary life of their dreams.
