1. Body
Practice at least one new habit every day for 75 days that will improve your body. This habit could be anything. Consider doing something that is related to either your sleep, nutrition, or physical health. For example, here are a few ideas to help give you some inspiration:
- Develop a sleep routine
- Wake up at 5 am or 6 am daily
- Eat an apple a day
- Do 50 pushups every morning right after you wake up
The idea is to practice something that will improve your body’s physical abilities. It doesn’t need to be anything too strenuous; all that’s required is that it’s practical so you can make it to the full 75 days.
2. Mind
Practice at least one new habit every day for 75 days to improve your mind and your thinking. Your mind is your most valuable asset. For this reason, it must be protected at all costs. So think of a few habits that will help do that for the duration of this 75-Day High-Performance Challenge! Some ideas might be:
- Reading
- Learning a new skill
- Doing crossword puzzles or sudokus
- Having a stimulating conversation, etc.
3. Spirit
Practice at least one new habit every day for 75 days that will enrich your spiritual life. This habit can include activities such as:
- Meditation
- Visualization
- Prayer
- Journaling
