It’s that time of year again… You probably have your personal goals, health goals, business goals, etc., all set and planned out. You’re excited, and rightfully so! However, despite the excitement of this new beginning, a survey revealed that 68.6% of Canadians fail to follow through on their New Year’s Resolutions.

1. Connect to Your ‘Why’

It’s one thing to say you want a more robust business, better work-life balance, or a healthier body. However, it’s another thing entirely to put in the effort required to reach those outcomes. For this reason, you need to become clear on WHY you want what you want. Without a deep sense of ‘why,’ it becomes all too easy to fall back into old routines when you lose motivation.
